Clean EyelashesYour Made You Look tech will always prep and prime your lashes before applying, however, I'd like to give every available minute possible to applying your lashes. So please arrive at your appointment, whether it is for an infill or full set, with NO eye makeup on. Eye makeup can affect retention and removing make-up takes time, eating into the slot your have paid for

Patch Testing PoliciesWe have strict patch testing policy in place prior to the following treatments: Lash Lift & Tint Treatment Ombré HD/ Henna Brows Ombré Brow Lamination Patch testing must be carried out a minimum of 48 hours prior to the treatment - at any of our MYL Locations. We do not accept disclaimers or waivers in place of a patch test. It is not mandatory to be patch tested for eyelash extensions, however we offer patch testing should you wish to. If a reaction should occur within 48 hours, this could be in the form of redness, itching, swelling or similar. Immediately. remove your patch test (remove with water) and seek advice from a GP or pharmacist. Even if only a slight reaction occurs, we will not be able to carry out the tinting treatment. You must not remove or wash off the patch test before your therapist has advised (unless a reaction occurs), your therapist will check the area of testing before your treatment takes place. Please be aware that if you are taking medications such as antihistamines, they can mask a reaction during the patch test but may not be strong enough to counter a full reaction during or after the treatment. We cannot patch test or carry out the tint or henna treatments if any of the following apply: A previous severe allergy/ sensitivity/ problem has been caused by any tint, dye or henna treatments in the past You have sensitive, irritated or damaged skin around the treatment area. A positive result will be recognised by irritation, swelling or inflammation of the skin. If this occurs, we must not proceed with the treatment. A negative result produces no skin reaction and you can proceed with the treatment. If a reaction occurs, immediately remove your patch test (remove with water) and seek advice from a GP or pharmacist. Even if only a slight reaction occurs, we will not be able to carry out the treatment. If you only have a reaction to the tint product and not the lift/lamination products, we will be able to proceed without the tinting part if you so wish. PLEASE NOTE: No reaction to a patch test is still not a guarantee that a reaction will not occur during or after the treatment, this is an informed risk that you choose to take when undergoing any treatment.
